With more than 18 years dedicated exclusively to executive tax search, Robyn advises organizations on critical leadership hiring, helping build tax leadership teams that support business growth, regulatory complexity, and long-term organizational success.

Recognized as one of the industry's most experienced tax executive search professionals, Robyn partners with publicly traded companies, private equity-backed organizations, family offices, and privately held businesses to identify exceptional tax leaders across corporate tax, tax provision, international tax, partnership taxation, SALT, indirect tax, and other specialized tax disciplines. Her ability to evaluate both technical expertise and leadership capability has made her a trusted advisor on highly strategic and confidential executive searches.

What distinguishes Robyn is her unique combination of executive search expertise and firsthand tax leadership experience. Prior to recruiting, she spent eight years with Ernst & Young, where she advanced to Tax Manager within the firm's Dallas Real Estate Tax practice. Since transitioning into executive search, she has leveraged that technical foundation to understand the complexities of today's tax organizations, assess specialized tax talent, and provide clients with informed, strategic guidance throughout the search process.

Before co-founding UNITY, Robyn built an exceptional recruiting career with one of the nation's largest recruiting firms, where she earned Rookie of the Year honors and was consistently recognized as the firm's #1 Producer nationwide.

Robyn earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor and MBA with an emphasis in Tax from Texas Tech University.
